Due to ongoing difficulties in my health making it impossible to work, I’ve made the difficult decision to stop offering web design services in any capacity. As someone who has freelanced as a Web Designer for a decade now, these announcements come with an incredibly heavy heart and I apologise sincerely for the difficult situation my clients are in moving forward.
For Clients With Completed Projects
Your web projects will remain fully functional as-is, but I will no longer be able to take on any work moving forward. Your rolling monthly contract for web hosting will remain active as long as the subscription continues, although some plugins may no longer be able to be updated as plugin subscriptions are cancelled.
As your site is built with WordPress and the Divi plugin, it is highly likely you’ll be able to find a web designer able to continue with your site moving forward. We’ll discuss any specific concerns individually to make offboarding as simple as possible.
For Clients With Incomplete Projects
As outlined in your contract, we’ve agreed to specific milestones to develop your site over time. Unfortunately, it’s highly unlikely that any more work will be deliverable by the dates listed on the contract or on any reasonable adjusted schedule. We’ll correspond over email to discover how best to move forward.
I’ll be endeavoring to refund any payments which are beyond the scope of any milestone (for example, projects which have paid their deposit but work hasn’t started) but this will be on a case-by-case basis and in good faith that with no longer being able to work I don’t have the cash flow to do this immediately.
Web hosting services will remain as before with basic customer support offered when available.

Moving Forward
I’ll be doing what I can to offboard all my clients as smoothly as possible, but please note I’m not able to work on any specific schedule. I’ll do everything I can, but currently that is very little.
